Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya. Meet your safari guide for a warm welcome and transfer to a luxury hotel in Nairobi. Enjoy a relaxing evening preparing for the safari adventure ahead.

Day 2: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, drive or take a short flight to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at your luxury camp or lodge in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, spotting lions, elephants, cheetahs, and other wildlife against the stunning backdrop of the savannah. Return to your accommodation for a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Spend the entire day exploring the Maasai Mara. Morning and afternoon game drives offer opportunities to witness the incredible biodiversity of the reserve. Depending on the season, you may observe the Great Migration, as millions of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River. Visit a local Maasai village for a cultural experience, learning about their traditions and way of life. Overnight stay in your luxury lodge or camp.

Day 4: Maasai Mara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, transfer to the Isebania border to cross into Tanzania. Proceed to the Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its vast plains and abundant wildlife. Arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti. Explore different regions of the park, from the central Seronera area to the northern or western corridors, depending on wildlife activity. Look out for predators such as lions and leopards and marvel at the massive herds of herbivores grazing on the plains. Return to your accommodation for an evening under the star-filled African sky.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping for wildlife sightings along the way. Arrive at your lodge near the Ngorongoro Crater and enjoy the evening at leisure. Optional activities include a nature walk or simply relaxing with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Safari - Drive to karatu/ Mto wa mbu

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Ngorongoro Crater; considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five. It’s a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch in the park. Thereafter we will continuer with safari for few ours and then drive to Karatu town/Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Arusha to Tarangire National Park - Mto wa mbu

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up and embark on an exciting journey to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s largest and most captivating wildlife reserves located in the Manyara region. Known for its vast herds of elephants, iconic tree-climbing lions, and the majestic baobab trees, often referred to as the “Tree of Life” for their cultural and ecological significance, Tarangire is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The park’s defining feature is the Tarangire River, a lifeline for wildlife during the dry season as it remains a year-round water source.
