Arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and drive to Arusha: Distance: 57Km | Travel Time: 1 hour.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you may be fortunate to catch a breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak in Africa. Our friendly transfer team will warmly welcome you and escort you to your accommodation located on the serene outskirts of Arusha Town. Here, you can unwind in the comfort of your spacious room or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, offering the perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate after your journey.
Day 1: A Day trip to Mount Kilimanjaro base camp:
Shira Plateau walk – A perfect day trip to Mt. Kilimanjaro Base Camp, Take a walk on the Shira Plateau and enjoy lunch overlooking the Tanzanian and Kenyan plains! Don’t forget to stop and take a moment to admire the breathtaking views of the summit. The day starts by leaving the lodge at 07:30 with the aim of reaching the gate by 09:00 in order to sign in and meet our guide. Once at the Shira Rim, you can choose between various hikes. This is a circular trail that takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours both ways. With breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, you can also see into Kenya on a clear day. After Lunch we will descend the mountain and drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Serval Wildlife tour & Materuni Village Cultural tour
Start your day with an exciting visit to Serval Wildlife Sanya, located in the shadows of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the serene sanctuary, where you can encounter exotic serval cats and other wildlife, and enjoy activities like guided nature walks, birdwatching, and interactions with the animals. Take in the breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro while savoring a delicious meal at their restaurant.
After 3hour experience at Serval wildlife we will head to Materuni Village, a lush haven near Moshi at the slopes of mount Kilimanjaro. Begin with a guided coffee tour to learn the traditional process of coffee cultivation, roasting, and brewing. Relish a cup of freshly brewed coffee as you engage with the warm Chagga people. Then, hike through picturesque landscapes to the stunning Materuni Waterfall, where you can swim in the cool waters and relax amid the serene environment. In the afternoon, we will drive to Arusha or Arusha National Park for overnight stay.
Day 3: A Walking & Canoeing Safari at Arusha National Park
Pick up at 8:30 AM from your Hotel in Arusha & depart for Arusha National Park. Walking with an Armed Ranger, you will have picnic lunch and game drive in the Park. The park is at the base of Mount Meru, which is good for climbing. It has a range of habitats including forest – home to the black-and-white colobus monkey – and is excellent for birding. Several lakes often host flocks of flamingo. The park’s appeal is mainly its scenery. The habitat diversity spans from montane (mountain) rain forest to moist savannah to alpine moorland. Post the game drive, you will head back to your lodge in Arusha where a delicious dinner awaits you.
Day 4: Arusha to Tarangire National Park: Distance: 130 | Travel Time: 2.5 hour.
After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up and embark on an exciting journey to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s largest and most captivating wildlife reserves located in the Manyara region. Known for its vast herds of elephants, iconic tree-climbing lions, and the majestic baobab trees, often referred to as the “Tree of Life” for their cultural and ecological significance, Tarangire is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The park’s defining feature is the Tarangire River, a lifeline for wildlife during the dry season as it remains a year-round water source.
Spend the day immersed in the park’s unique landscapes, observing a wide array of wildlife in their natural habitat. After an exhilarating game drive, your guide will take you to your lodge inside the park for (4stars and 5stars) or Karatu town for a delicious dinner and a restful
Day 5: Tarangire to Lake Natron: Distance: 100 | Travel Time: 2.5 hour.
An adventurous route to a very special area: magic Lake Natron. Off the beaten track and away from the masses. The route takes you through the cultural home of the Maasai. On the way, you pass Engaruka, an archaeological site of a Stone-age settlement, as well as majestic Oldonyo Lengai, the only active volcano in the Great Rift Valley. After lunch, a Maasai guide will lead you along the ridges of the lake to the source of the Engaresero River. If rain has fallen up in the Rift Valley, water streams over the escarpment, forming waterfalls and streams of sparkling clear water which one can swim in. After this refreshing swim, we walk back to the Tented Camp from which you can see the Ol Doinyo Lengai.
Day 6: Lake Natron Maasai Village full day:
Today’s Highlights: The main focus today is to follow the activities of the Maasai people. Arrive when the Maasai are getting their cattle out for gazing, your personal Maasai guide is explaining the life, past and today’s life of the Tanzania Maasai, Men will join other warriors for grazing and will guide you along their paths and explain your typical medicinal plants, extraordinary trees, tracks and the local wildlife. In addition to that, the usage of local tools, hunting techniques and fire preparation is a part your unforgettable bush excursion.
Women will join other Maasai women for their daily activities including fetching water, building small house and later you will learn how the do milking from the cows.
During the sunset a group of Maasai men and woman gathering around for the traditional singing & dancing performances. This evening experience a traditional Maasai goat ceremony and join them dancing.
Day 7: Lake Natron to Central Serengeti: Distance: 136 | Travel Time: 3 hour.
A beautiful trip, Before breakfast, we drive to the lake shore for one more time for a short walk with a Maasai guide will take you for a walk along the shores of the lake to see the lake and Flamingos at sunrise. After breakfast, we leave with filled hot lunch in our safari hampers and head toward Central Serengeti. Leaving the cliff ridges behind we drive through a majestic landscape, regularly meeting local residents and their beautiful cattle on our way. The moment you enter the Serengeti at Klein’s Gate, the landscape changes dramatically into endless savannah with huge herds of grazing wildlife… and the large carnivores which follow them! Technically this is a full day safari as we dedicate our day for a wildlife viewing until late afternoon where we will drive to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8&9: Serengeti National Park Full Days
The two full days are dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. Your guide will take you to the best spots to observe the wildlife. Elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, topi, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles and many more can be seen in this large national park. Especially in the Seronera Valley you will be able to experience fantastic game viewing all year round. The Serengeti is home to the largest animal migration on the planet.

Day 10: Serengeti National Park Half Day - Drive to Ngorongoro conservation Area: Distance160km | Travel Time: 3hour
After breakfast, you will enjoy a half day game drive in Serengeti National Park until lunch time, then with enroute game drive on the way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll spot thousands upon thousands of animals in herds; wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the powerful African elephant and the most respected group of animals: the predators. You will have the chance to spot lean cheetahs and shy leopards, foraging hyenas, and last but not least, the king himself; the lion. Dinner and overnight on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater Safari - Drive to karatu/ Mto wa mbu
After breakfast, you’ll depart for Ngorongoro Crater; considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five. It’s a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch in the park. Thereafter we will continuer with safari for few ours and then drive to Karatu town for dinner and overnight.
Day 12: Lake Manyara - Return to Arusha/Airport:
We pick you up from your hotel and drive to Lake Manyara. The park derived its name from the Maasai word “Manyara”, which is the Swahili name for the plant, Euphorbia tirucalli. The Maasai use this plant to grow livestock stockades, which matures to a highly durable shockproof hedge. Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favored haunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. After lunch we will leave the park and pass-by Maasai Boma along the way before we reach to Arusha and transferred to airport.
