Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and drive to Arusha:
Distance: 57Km | Travel Time: 1 hour.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you may be fortunate to catch a breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak in Africa. Our friendly transfer team will warmly welcome you and escort you to your accommodation located on the serene outskirts of Arusha Town. Here, you can unwind in the comfort of your spacious room or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, offering the perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate after your journey.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park:
Distance: 130 | Travel Time: 2.5 hour.

Begin your day with a leisurely morning in Arusha, a vibrant town nestled at the foot of Mount Meru. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your accommodation, soaking in the serene ambiance and preparing for an exciting day ahead. Use this time to relax, take a stroll through the lodge gardens, or engage in optional activities, such as exploring local markets or visiting a nearby cultural center to learn about Tanzanian traditions and crafts.

Around midday, savor a hearty lunch at your accommodation or a local restaurant offering authentic Tanzanian cuisine. Indulge in traditional dishes like Nyama Choma (grilled meat) or Ugali with vegetable stews, paired with refreshing beverages to energize you for the afternoon adventure.

After lunch, embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s premier wildlife destinations. The journey takes approximately two hours, offering glimpses of the countryside dotted with Maasai villages and rolling landscapes. Upon arrival, take a moment to check into your lodge and prepare for the thrilling evening game drive.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park Half Day - Then Drive to Karatu:
Distance: 130 | Travel Time: 2.5 hour.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up and embark on an exciting journey to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s largest and most captivating wildlife reserves located in the Manyara region. Known for its vast herds of elephants, iconic tree-climbing lions, and the majestic baobab trees, often referred to as the “Tree of Life” for their cultural and ecological significance, Tarangire is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The park’s defining feature is the Tarangire River, a lifeline for wildlife during the dry season as it remains a year-round water source.

Spend the day immersed in the park’s unique landscapes, observing a wide array of wildlife in their natural habitat. After an exhilarating game drive, your guide will take you to Karatu town for a delicious dinner and a restful evening.

Day 4: Karatu to Central Serengeti:
Distance: 136 | Travel Time: 3 hour.

A beautiful trip, Before breakfast, we drive to the lake shore for one more time for a short walk with a Maasai guide will take you for a walk along the shores of the lake to see the lake and Flamingos at sunrise. After breakfast, we leave with filled hot lunch in our safari hampers and head toward Central Serengeti. Leaving the cliff ridges behind we drive through a majestic landscape, regularly meeting local residents and their beautiful cattle on our way. The moment you enter the Serengeti at Klein’s Gate, the landscape changes dramatically into endless savannah with huge herds of grazing wildlife… and the large carnivores which follow them! Technically this is a full day safari as we dedicate our day for a wildlife viewing until late afternoon where we will drive to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5&6: Serengeti National Park Full Day

A  full day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. Your guide will take you to the best spots to observe the wildlife. Elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, topi, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles and many more can be seen in this large national park. Especially in the Seronera Valley you will be able to experience fantastic game viewing all year round. The Serengeti is home to the largest animal migration on the planet.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park Half Day - Drive to Ngorongoro conservation Area: Distance160km | Travel Time: 3hour

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Ngorongoro Crater; considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five. It’s a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch in the park. Thereafter we will continuer with safari for few ours and then drive to the hptel Crater Rim for dinner and overnight. 

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Safari - Drive to Karatu.

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Ngorongoro Crater; considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five. Day 9: Mto Wa Mbu Cultural tour - Flight to Zanzibar Islands

Diverse Cultures: Mto wa Mbu is home to over 120 ethnic groups, showcasing a unique blend of traditions, languages, and lifestyles. Visitors can savor local dishes like ugali, bananas, and fresh vegetables prepared in traditional styles. The village is famous for its handcrafted items, including vibrant paintings, carvings, and woven baskets. Learn about the cultivation of over 30 types of bananas and their importance to the local economy. Visitors can also discover the labor-intensive process of rice farming, a staple for the community. Afternoon Arrive at Zanzibar International Airport and transfer to your luxurious beachfront resort, your accommodations areas will be Nungwi, Kendwa, or Paje, known for their pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. Check into your resort and spend your evening unwinding. Lounge on the white sandy beach, dip your toes in the warm Indian Ocean, or relax by the infinity pool with a refreshing cocktail in hand.   • Guest can move easily to a regular car seat and this is the only option available due to the nature of the roads and kind of our excursions. Therefore clients will always enter the car on their wheel chair but move to a regular car seat while inside. The wheelchair will then be transported separately.
  1. Can the vehicle accommodate all types of mobility equipment (Manual Wheelchair / Electric Wheelchair / Heavy Power Chair / Mobility Scooter)
  • YES! There is enough space for such equipments.

Hotel Rooms:

  1. How many disabled rooms have roll-in showers?
  • All the hotel rooms we book have roll-in showers.
  1. How many with bathtubs with grab bars?
  • We don’t book the rooms with bathtubs for disable customers, but the accessible rooms have grab bars. Please note, Some rooms may not have grab bars but the roll-in shower, easy access to rooms, showers/toilet and other public areas while on wheel chair is a must and minimum criteria.
  1. Is the bathroom door at least 75 cm wide?
  • YES , the bath doors are bigger enough to allow customers to get inside the toilet with wheelchair.
  1. Does the roll-in shower have a bench/chair attached to wall, portable plastic chair/stool, or neither?
  • YES! We have special designed shower chairs for wheel chair users that we always use while with larger groups that will require some of our clients staying in rooms that are not fully designed for wheel chair users but are accessible in both room and showers/toilets. Therefore we do not depend fully on Hotels. We have some supportive equipment of our own. (explained in question number 1.)
  1. Are grab bars located on right, left, or both sides of toilet?
  • Grab bars are usually located on one side of the toilet; left or right but we may find in some hotels that are located in both sides.
  1. Can a wheelchair be positioned on the left, right, or both sides of the bed?
  • It is either right, left or both sides of the bed as it depends on the hotel.
  1. Do the accessible rooms have one large bed, two small beds, or can be arranged in either position?
  • Accessible rooms in the hotels can be arranged in either form. Double or twin.
  1. Do any of the accessible rooms have connecting rooms?
  • YES! Some rooms are interconnected.
